GhostLop
An excellent Ghostbusters themed puzzle game by Data East from 1996. It combines the fast action of an Arkanoid style game, with the quick thinking of a Bust-A-Move type game. The game was re-considered for release in 2001, but SNK's untimely demise later that same year may have ended that possibility. A personal email from Data East of Japan states that the game is officially no longer going to be released: "...We regret to tell you the plan to publish Ghostlop on NEO•GEO is now abandoned/cancelled to date, so we do not have any idea when the game is released." This is a shame because it really is a great game...and believe me...I know...because I own the proto! :)
